| Well we have been searching for a house for quite a while, but we seem to be getting very close. We have a tentative closing date on 6-30-2008, but after the house inspection and finding out that the roof will need to be replaced here, we are going to have to counter offer. If they don?t accept that then there are 3 or 4 other houses we are looking at located close to the same location. We have storage lined up, a hotel lined up for the 15 days that we will be in Ann Arbor before the close. I believe the FHA appraiser is looking at the house, and should tell us today what they have it appraised at, and if the roof is good enough for a couple years. If it is not, then FHA will not allow us to close until the roof is replaced, and I think we will back out, because we would like to move into a house soon. I hope all goes well. By the way that is the dock and the houses river frontage in the picture. |

| Working remotely has its ups and downs. Its hard to work from home, and I dont like going to the same place everyday. If I was in Madison this would not be an issue, but Syracuse does not have that many coffee shops, and the ones downtown you have to pay for parking so they are off the list. |

| I really like this (mock) inspirational photo. It was sent to me by my manager to lighten the mood when things were getting fairly tense at work. I would have to say it did a good job in that respect, and since I own ninjapages.com it holds a place close to black ninja heart. |

| Ok I had to take a picture of this. The VIC 20 was the first computer I really used. I use the term used very loosely since most of the things I remember doing on it were centipede and a couple other games. Still not as fun as frogger on the eagle (Z80). But o my god at that price I hope that that sicker has been on that box for about 15 years or more. I was expecting a 5.00 price tag or less. I hope some unsuspecting person does not hope that they are getting there first computer for a bargain. |

| Another friday night at a coffee house. Tonight I'm working on getting a web server for the bus, and working out how I would do the virtual tours in a new way of a house. I have to return the camrea tomorow back to Amazon, and find the next version and pre order that. I cant wait till it comes out then I'll be shooting FULL HD to an SD card and be able to produce HD DVD virtual tours. Should be an interesting topic. Anyway none of that yet. Work has been really really busy, very close to too busy. A lot of people, a lot of needs, but certain apps need to be complete, and soon and they are much bigger then people would think. But O Well , they will get done as soon as they can. Tomorrow I will be getting in to setup our batch environment and also my tomcat environment. Today I got a really neat printing label application done and deployed and connected to Salesforce. It might be something that can be sold, it enables any contact to be printed to a dynamo printer. I might try to bundle that application up to sell it. |

| Another day another caffeine day. I went to mother fools tonight they have a band here at 8:00 and I think I will work through the band. Kinda nice, sit program listen to live music, and support a local business and band. Sounds like a good evening to me. |
